Kevin was an extremely hard worker and very talented. He was known as one of the best roofers in the Savannah area. Kevin was a very proud big brother to Chris, Justin, Garrett, and Morgan. In 1975, she fled Vietnam with her husband and seven children to an unfamiliar country, not knowing the language, culture, and people. Franklin Reed Dulany, Jr., 91, of Savannah, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 26th, 2022 with his wife and caregivers at his side. Reed was born on January 5, 1931 to Mary Lois Howard Dulany and Franklin Reed Dulany at Telfair Hospital in Savannah.
He attended Charles Ellis Elementary and Richard Arnold Middle schools. He graduated high school from The Choate School in Wallingford, CT. and went on to attend The Citadel in Charleston, SC, graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1953. Reed was a First Lieutenant in the Army during the Korean War.
